Install guide for
Field Nation technicians.

Watch the videos, follow the steps in order, and submit your completion photos. The job takes under 45 minutes. Call us immediately if anything looks off.

Complete install checklist

1

Accept the freight delivery

Machine arrives via liftgate truck on a pallet in a crate. Inspect for damage before signing. Photograph any damage before you sign anything.

Uncrate the machine

Remove crate panels from the top down. The machine has caster wheels on the base. Do not lift it — roll it.

Roll to position

The facility contact will show you where the machine is going. Roll slowly. Take corners carefully.

Lock the caster wheels

Lock all four wheels once in final position. Show the facility contact where the locks are.

Tighten aisle screws

Open the front door with the key provided. Tighten all aisle screws with your Phillips head screwdriver before stocking.

Debug all coils

Spin every coil manually to confirm it rotates freely. If a coil does not spin, call us before proceeding.

Install the QR code

Apply the QR code sticker to the designated spot on the machine exterior as shown in the video.

Plug in power and wireless kit

Plug the power cord into the nearest outlet. Plug the ethernet cable into the wireless kit. No WiFi needed — it connects automatically over cellular.

Confirm boot up

The touchscreen should light up within 60 seconds. If it does not turn on within 2 minutes, call us before doing anything else.

Stock the machine

Load products matching the aisle labels. Use your 2 trash bags for all packing materials. Leave no packaging in the facility.

Run a live transaction

Purchase one item to confirm the card reader, coil, and dispensing all work. We will reimburse this charge.


Submit 3 completion photos

Upload all three to your Field Nation work order before checking out.
